At ChosmoShop, each sculpture is carefully crafted and made-to-order based on your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, please review our return and exchange policy below.

1. Made-to-Order Items

All sculptures are custom-made and therefore non-refundable once production has started. Please confirm all design details carefully before final approval.

2. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that period, the production process begins and cancellation may no longer be possible.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will request clear photos of the item and packaging. Upon confirmation, we will either:

  • Provide a free replacement (when applicable), or

  • Offer a partial refund depending on the extent of the damage

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges for reasons such as design preferences or sizing issues after production approval.

5. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate and complete.

6. Return Shipping

If a return is approved, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed to be faulty. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom sculptures with approved design

  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

  • Digital 3D files (if applicable)

8. Final Decision

ChosmoShop reserves the right to determine whether a return or exchange is eligible based on the specific case and condition of the product.
